武运粳7号是江苏的高产粳稻品种,因高感水稻条纹叶枯病而限制了其进一步的推广应用,因此改良其条纹叶枯病抗性具有重要意义。本研究是在前期利用分子标记辅助选择和农艺性状表型选择定向改良武运粳7号条纹叶枯病抗性的基础上,对14个改良系的重要品质性状进行比较分析。根据品质性状的综合表现,14个改良系中,C09、C11、C12和C13的多项品质性状优于武运粳7号,C14的食味值最高;C11、C12和C14不仅产量较高,品质也较好。
Wuyunjing 7 is a high-yielding japonica rice variety in Jiangsu Province, which is limited by its high susceptibility to rice stripe disease. Therefore, it is of great significance to improve its resistance to stripe virus. In this study, the key quality traits of 14 improved lines were comparatively analyzed based on the improvement of the resistance of stripe blight of Wuyunjing 7 by molecular marker-assisted selection and agronomic phenotypic selection. According to the comprehensive performance of quality traits, the quality traits of C09, C11, C12 and C13 were better than that of Wuyunjing 7 in 14 improved lines, and C14 had the highest taste value. C11, C12 and C14 not only had higher yield, Also better.
