本文通过对80例肺心病人175例次三重酸碱失衡的分析表明:肺心病人的TABD有呼酸和呼碱两型。其预后险恶,病死率分别为呼酸型TABD 57.32%和呼碱型TABD 78.95%。通常,原发疾病引起呼酸或呼碱;而不适当治疗引起代碱;严重的低氧血症、肾功能衰竭和休克可以引起代酸。乳酸盐增加是本组研究中,三重酸碱失衡病人AG增高的原因之一。并且强调联合应用AG和潜在HCO_3~-在三重酸碱失衡诊断中的重要性。
In this paper, 80 cases of pulmonary heart disease in 175 cases of sub-triple acid-base imbalance analysis showed that: pulmonary heart disease TABD there are two types of sour and callous. The prognosis of the sinister, fatality rates were Tacromet acid type TABD 57.32% and call-type TABD 78.95%. Often, the primary disease causes sourness or phlegm; while inappropriate treatment causes caogioses; severe hypoxemia, renal failure and shock can cause acidosis. Lactate increase is one of the reasons for the AG in patients with triple acid-base imbalance in this study. And emphasized the importance of combined application of AG and potential HCO 3 - in the diagnosis of triple acid-base imbalance.
