近年来,各级政府不断加强培训力度,教师培训的工作有着明显的进展,但是也存在着内容泛化、质量监督控制薄弱、针对性不强等一些突出问题,教师培训低效的现状不容忽视。加快完善农村小学教师培训体系建设,切实保证培训工作顺利高效开展;增强培训针对性,确保按需施训;转变培训方式,提升教师参加实训训练,加强对培训者的队伍建设。但是作为县级的培训机构,我们的培训对象是小学教师,下面就如何提高农村小学教师培训实效谈谈个人的看法。 In recent years, the governments at all levels have been making continuous efforts in training and making remarkable progress in teacher training.
