政治思想方面1.思想领导工作抓的紧,斗争性开展,上下团结一致,没有闹思想问题的。科领导同志能经常在科务会和学习小组会上谈思想情况。党小组也将“抓思想”作为经常工作并列为每次会议中心内容之一。两位科长都不在家时,事先能召开科务会,指定代理人并在会上再三强调要求大家积极工作,不要闹思想问题。由于思想领导工作抓的紧,同志们认识到工作中需要大家互相帮助监督。有什么问题都能自觉的主动的通过互相谈心的方式及时反映出来,助理员与助理员之间、助理员与科长之间有意见,都能公开的提出批评。1957年张博林与王惠民
Political and Ideological Aspects 1. Ideological and leadership work is closely related to the struggle. Leading comrades in the department can often talk about ideological situations at the departmental meetings and study group meetings. The party team also regards “grasping the mind” as one of the contents of each meeting. When the two section chiefs are not at home, they can hold a department meeting in advance and appoint agents. At the meeting, they repeatedly stressed that they must work actively and should not trouble the issue. Due to the tight grasp of ideological and leadership work, comrades realized that work requires mutual help and supervision. Any questions can be consciously and proactively reflected through the way they talk to each other.
