目的探讨DWI、ADC值及eADC值在脑型血吸虫病的诊断价值。方法对12例脑型血吸虫病患者,行常规MRI及DWI检查,经工作站后处理,分析DWI图像,测量血吸虫病灶、灶周水肿及对侧正常脑组织的ADC和eADC值,并两侧进行比较。结果 DWI图上,血吸虫病灶和灶周水肿均呈等信号或稍高信号。与对侧脑组织比较,脑血吸虫病灶、灶周水肿的ADC值均明显增高,eADC值明显减低。结论磁共振弥散加权对脑型血吸虫病的诊断提供有重要作用。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of DWI, ADC value and eADC value in cerebral schistosomiasis. Methods Twelve patients with cerebral schistosomiasis were examined by conventional MRI and DWI. After workstation treatment, DWI images were analyzed and the ADC and eADC values of schistosomiasis, perifocal edema and contralateral normal brain were measured and compared on both sides . Results DWI map, schistosome lesions and perifocal edema showed equal signal or slightly higher signal. Compared with the contralateral brain tissue, the ADC value of cerebral schistosomiasis and perifocal edema were significantly increased, eADC value was significantly reduced. Conclusion Diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance spectroscopy has an important role in the diagnosis of cerebral schistosomiasis.
