系统性红斑狼疮(简称SLE)合并症较多,病变涉及许多系统和脏器,临床症状不尽相同,往往被误诊或漏诊。现将我院近7年中资料比较完整的12例,均符合1982年美国风湿病协会修订的11条SLE诊断标准中4条或4条以上,总结如下: 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:共12例,男3例,女9例。发病年龄7～14岁。病程2个月～28个月。 1.2 临床表现:皮疹10例,斑丘疹、红斑疹、皮肤潮红、紫癜出血斑等。皮疹多有痒感,分布对称,主要在面部,其次四肢。关节症状9例以关节痛为主,部分有关节红肿。肾脏受累9例,为肾炎或肾病综合征表现:浮肿、少尿、蛋白尿、血尿、高血压、肾功能受损等。心脏病变5例,心悸、气短、胸闷、心脏杂音、早搏、心电图异常,其中2例出现心力衰竭。血液系统病变8例,面色苍白,轻至中等度贫血皮肤出血点。7例白细胞总数在6×10~9/L以下,

Blood system lesions in 8 cases, pale, mild to moderate anemia skin bleeding point. The total number of 7 white blood cells in 6 × 10 ~ 9 / L or less,
