研究性学习的开展,要求高校图书馆尤其是期刊阅览部门提供更多、更新、更快的信息支撑。要求改变当前期刊阅览中普遍存在的″守着学生看杂志,守着杂志看学生″的管理方式和只重管理、不重服务的工作思路及运行机制。建立期刊信息资源服务系统将使这种状态彻底改观,从而推动高校研究性学习深入持久地开展下去。
The development of research-based learning requires that university libraries, especially periodicals reading departments, provide more, newer and faster information support. It is required to change the management mode of “keeping students watching magazines and guarding students” and the work train of thought and operating mechanism that emphasizes management and service without being ubiquitous in the reading of current journals. The establishment of periodical information resources service system will make such a situation completely changed, so as to promote the research-oriented learning in colleges and universities in a sustained and sustained way.
