以两相四极电磁搅拌器为研究对象,通过数值模拟方法研究了频率对电磁搅拌磁场、电磁力及流场的影响。结果表明,金属熔体表面磁场远大于中心处,且磁场随频率的增加而减小,随频率增加电磁力先增加后减小。频率为1 Hz时磁场方向的均一性最佳,且熔体具有最大流速。这主要是由电磁力的大小和分布来决定的。
Taking the two-phase four-pole electromagnetic stirrer as the research object, the influence of frequency on electromagnetic stirring magnetic field, electromagnetic force and flow field was studied by numerical simulation method. The results show that the magnetic field on the surface of the metal melt is much larger than the center, and the magnetic field decreases with the increase of the frequency. The electromagnetic force first increases and then decreases with the increase of the frequency. The best homogeneity of the magnetic field is observed at 1 Hz and the melt has the maximum flow rate. This is mainly determined by the size and distribution of electromagnetic force.
