党的十六大提出把建设学习型社会列为全面建设小康社会的重要奋斗目标,提出要“形成全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会,促进人的全面发展”;十六届四中全会从提高党的执政能力、推进党的建设伟大工程上提出“努力建设学习型政党”;十七届四中全会则提出“把建设马克思主义学习型政党作为重大而紧迫的战略任务”。这是党深刻总结历史经验,科学分析形势变化,着眼于提高党的执政能力、保持和发展党的先进性提出的一项重大而具有长远战略意义的任务,是适应新形势、新变化、新任务的必然要求。是不断提高党的建设科学化水平的题中应有之义。分析研究学习型党组织的思想内涵及对其价值取向的探究,有利于更好地创建学习型党组织。
