从1994年5月～1996年2月间应用猪抗人胸腺淋巴细胞球蛋白（AHTG）治疗肾移植术后排斥反应19例，结果17例（89．5％）完全逆转，血肌酐降至150μmol／L以下；1例无效；另1例并发巨细胞病毒（CMV）肺炎死亡。指出在肾移植术后发生排斥反应的早期应用AHTG疗效最为满意。在应用AHTG过程中发生的严重并发症是肺部感染，尤其是CMV肺炎，应引起临床医师的关注。
From May 1994 to February 1996, pig anti-human thymus lymphocyte globulin (AHTG) was applied to treat 19 cases of rejection after renal transplantation. Results 17 cases (89.5%) completely reversed the serum creatinine to 150 μmol / L or less; 1 case was ineffective; another case died of cytomegalovirus (CMV) pneumonia. It is pointed out that AHTG is the most effective in early rejection after renal transplantation. Serious complications that occur during the application of AHTG are lung infections, especially CMV pneumonia, which should be of interest to clinicians.
