N-Butylbenzenesulfonamide (NBBS) is a chemical plasticizer, previously considered non-toxic to humans. The author accidentally found that it has some toxicity to the animal’s central nervous system. (1) Fifteen female New Zealand rabbits (8-9 weeks old) were selected and divided into 5 groups with 3 rats in each group. NBBS0.1, 1, 10, 50 and 100 pμ were injected into the cerebral cistern every month for 4 months. Observe the neurotoxicity and dose-response relationship of NBBS exposure in a short period of time. At the same time to the control group of animals only depression 0.9% saline. (2) To observe the effects of long-term exposure to NBBS on the nervous system, NBBS 10, 50 or 100 μg was injected into the brain pool of 3 animals (6 in each group) once a month for a total of 12
