[目的]观察左归丸联合二甲双胍治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号法分为两组。对照组30例二甲双胍,0.25~0.5g/次,3次/d,饭后口服。治疗组30例左归丸(熟地30g,生山药、山萸肉、菟丝子各10g,枸杞子15g,牛膝、鹿角胶、龟板各10g,丹参、生黄芪各20g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。二甲双胍治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、主要症候积分、血糖、体重指数、胰岛素水平、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效18例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率90.00%。对照组显效13例,有效11例,无效6例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。主要症候积分、主要症候积分、血糖、体重指数、胰岛素水平治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]左归丸联合二甲双胍治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Zuo Gui Wan combined with metformin in treating type 2 diabetes with deficiency of qi and yin. The control group was markedly effective in 13 cases, effective in 11 cases, ineffective in 6 cases, the total effective rate was 80.00%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). The main symptom score, main symptom score, blood sugar, body mass index and insulin level in treatment group were better than those in control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Zuogui Pill combined with metformin is effective in treating type 2 diabetes with deficiency of both qi and yin and is worth promoting.
