整治用人上的不正之风,营造风清气正的用人环境,坚持正确的用人导向,是中央和自治区党委的一贯要求,也是广大干部群众的迫切愿望。各级党委及组织部门要找准定位,突出重点,把整治用人上不正之风作为干部监督工作的首要任务,以最坚决的态度和最有力的措施抓紧抓好,用实实在在的整治成效取信于民。
It is the consistent request of party committees of the central and autonomous regions and the urgent aspiration of the vast numbers of cadres and the masses that rectifying the unhealthy tendencies in employing people and creating a fair and clean employment environment and upholding the correct orientation of employing others.
