小学教师应该树立有效教学的观念。现代教育研究表明,有效教学是建立在儿童原有经验基础上的,没有儿童的主动参与和原有经验的建构,脱离儿童主动参与的灌输,都是低效学习。可见,学生主动参与学习过程是学好书本知识的关键。学生主动参与,需要教师创设相应的条件。新课程理念认为:教师是学生学习的引导者与促进者,不再是“警察”和“判官”。因此,教师必须精心组织教学过程,激发学生积极思维,努力使教学过程的每一个环节
