本文简要介绍了微弧喷焊的特点,微弧喷焊设备的组成.在微弧工艺主要规范参数分析的基础上,重点介绍了微弧喷焊工艺成型的特点及影响工艺的关键与措施,制订出几种典型工艺规范.生产应用表明,微弧喷焊枝术具有一定的先进性和较高的经济效益.
This article briefly introduces the characteristics of micro-arc spray welding and the composition of micro-arc spray welding equipment.On the basis of the analysis of the main normative parameters of micro-arc welding process, the characteristics of micro-arc spray welding process and the key factors affecting the process are introduced. Several typical process specifications have been worked out.Production and application shows that the micro-arc spray welding technology has some advanced features and high economic benefits.
