目的评估朝阳区中医药专家下基层工程参与各方的满意度。方法 2013、2014年分别对参与下基层的专家、社区继承人和社区卫生服务中心的管理者进行问卷调查。结果下基层专家对受尊重程度、继承人学习态度、社区工作环境、继承人理论基础和赴社区的交通状况的评分分别为8.38、8.51、8.07、8.03、7.47分,其中对交通状况最不满意;继承人对专家的学术水平、理论水平、带教积极性等的平均分均在8分以上,但对专家的带教积极性的满意度相对较低;继承人参与该项目的意愿明显高于专家,存在专家资源不足的问题。管理者对于下基层专家的总体水平和社区中医服务能力的提升表示认可,但对门诊量的变化的满意度相对较低。结论各方对中医药专家下基层工程总体较满意,但是也存在社区中医门诊量待提升、下基层交通不便等问题。
Objective To assess the satisfaction of all parties participating in the grassroots project of Chinese medicine experts in Chaoyang District. Methods In 2013 and 2014, questionnaires were conducted among the experts involved in the grass-roots level, community heirs and managers of community health service centers. Results The grassroots experts ranked 8.38, 8.51, 8.07, 8.03 and 7.47 points respectively on the degree of respect, succession learning attitude, community working environment, heir’s theoretical basis and the traffic conditions going to the community. Among them, the most unsatisfactory was the traffic condition; The experts’ academic level, theoretical level, teaching enthusiasm and other average points were more than 8 points, but the enthusiasm of experts to teach relatively low; succession willingness to participate in the project was significantly higher than the experts, the existence of expert resources Insufficient problem. Managers recognized the overall level of grassroots experts and the improvement of community TCM services, but they are less satisfied with the change in outpatient volume. Conclusions All parties are satisfied with the overall level of grassroots works by Chinese medicine experts. However, there are also some problems such as the outpatient community of Chinese medicine clinics needs to be improved and the grassroots level traffic is not convenient.
