Objective: To discriminate and analyze nine trace elements in urine of healthy people and patients with lung cancer and provide a scientific basis for the early diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods: Chromium, iron, manganese, aluminum, cadmium, copper, zinc and nickel in the urine of patients with lung cancer and healthy people were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. Atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used to determine the content of selenium. Results: The linearity of each element was good, the regression coefficient was 0.9990 ~ 0.9998, the detection limit was 0.0004 ~ 0.03μg · mL-1, the precision was 1.9% -9.0%, and the recoveries were 80.1% -120.0%. The contents of nine trace elements in the urine of patients with lung cancer and healthy people were discriminantly analyzed and the discriminant function was established. The false positive rate was less than 2%. Conclusion: There is a significant difference in the comprehensive levels of nine trace elements in the urine of patients with lung cancer and healthy people.
