波浪腹板工形构件作为受弯构件具有较高的承载效率。波浪腹板工形构件作为轴心受压构件使用,在截面合理设计条件下也仍不失为一种性能良好的构件。通过理论和数值分析,对波浪腹板轴心受压构件的稳定性设计理论进行研究,提出其稳定承载力的计算方法;制作了两个试件进行轴压试验研究,并与有限元分析结果进行对比。同时比较平腹板与波浪腹板受压构件的经济性,说明在构件绕强轴失稳破坏的情况下,减小波浪腹板的厚度而增大其高度可获得较大的承载力。
As a flexural member, the corrugated web work-piece has higher bearing efficiency. Wavy web work-piece as a component of the axial compression member, the cross-section under the conditions of reasonable design is still a good performance of the components. Through theoretical and numerical analysis, the design theory of the stability of the compression member of the axis of the corrugated web is studied, and the calculation method of the stability of the bearing capacity is put forward. Two axial compression tests of the specimens are made and compared with the finite element analysis comparing. At the same time, the economic performance of the compression members of the webs and the webs is compared, which shows that the bearing capacity can be increased by reducing the thickness of the webs and increasing the height of the members under the condition of failure of the members around the axis.
