在全省率先实现中职全免费,促进教育公平资助政策是党的大政方针之一,是推进社会公平,保障教育发展的重要政策,是体现兜底线、保基本、维护社会公平的重要保证。2007年以来,马鞍山市高度重视中职资助工作,将此项工作与关注弱势群体,促进教育公平结合起来,在全面落实国家资助政策的基础上,调研出台马鞍山市级资助政策,在全省率先实现了中职免费教育,这是马鞍山市继义务教育实现免费教育之后,促进教育公平的又一重大举措。
