当前我国的建筑在使用进程中的能耗已占全国总能耗的27.6％。随着人民生活质量的改善和经济、产业结构的调整,同时根据其它国家的经验,这个比例将不可避免地上升到35％左右。问题在于,目前:我国建筑平均能耗是发达国家的2～3倍,由此产生的能源浪费和环境污染是十分巨大的,已经严重影响到我国的可持续发展能力。
At present, the energy consumption of the construction in our country has accounted for 27.6% of the total energy consumption in our country. With the improvement of people’s living standards and economic and industrial restructuring, and based on the experience of other countries, the proportion will inevitably rise to about 35%. The problem is, at present: China’s average building energy consumption is 2 to 3 times that of developed countries, resulting in energy waste and environmental pollution is very huge, has seriously affected China’s ability to carry out sustainable development.
