本文观察了血管紧张素转移酶抑制剂苯丁酸赖脯酸和西雷普利对缺血再灌所致大鼠心肌能量代谢损伤的保护作用。结果表明,两种抑制剂均能升高损伤心肌 ATP的含量,能荷亦恢复并接近正常水平。电镜观察也证实,线粒体的结构基本恢复正常,说明紧张素转移酶抑制剂对缺血再灌所致的心肌损伤有明显的保护作用。
In this paper, the protective effect of angiotensin transferase inhibitors such as phenylbutyrate and sipepril on myocardial energy metabolism induced by ischemia / reperfusion was investigated. The results showed that both inhibitors can increase the content of ATP in injured myocardium, and the energy charge also recovered and approached the normal level. Electron microscopy also confirmed that the structure of mitochondria returned to normal, indicating that angiotensin transferase inhibitors have a significant protective effect against myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
