液压系统是工程机械的关键组成之一,对清洁度有着十分严格的要求。在装配过程中,车间内悬浮的灰尘、工件上粘附的铁屑、渣滓以及工装工具上掉落的杂物等都可能对工程机械液压系统造成污染,从而导致故障。为防止装配过程中液压系统污染,可从装配环境、液压系统零部件清洗质量、工具清洁度管理和工人清洁度意识4个方面进行改善。通过采用电动叉车以及对试车产生的尾气进行处理,减少车间内烟尘的产生;通过改善清洗工艺来提高清洗质量;通过液压装配工具的专用化来减少交叉污染;通过监督检查来提高工人对液压件的防护意识。从多个方面采取综合措施,控制污染源头,可有效减少装配过程中的液压系统污染。
Hydraulic system is one of the key components of construction machinery, the cleanliness of the very strict requirements. During the assembly process, dust suspended in the workshop, iron filings adhering to the workpieces, debris and other debris falling off the tool may cause pollution to the hydraulic system of the construction machine, resulting in malfunction. To prevent contamination of the hydraulic system during the assembly process, improvements can be made in the assembly environment, quality of hydraulic system components, tool cleanliness management, and worker cleanliness awareness. Through the use of electric forklifts and exhaust gas from test run to reduce the generation of smoke and dust in the workshop; Improve the cleaning quality by improving the cleaning process; Reduce cross-contamination through the specialization of hydraulic assembly tools; Improve workers’ Protection awareness. Taking comprehensive measures from many aspects to control the source of pollution can effectively reduce the hydraulic system pollution in the assembly process.
