应用单克隆抗体及免疫组化方法联合检测直肠癌及癌旁粘膜肿瘤相关的Ｌｅｗｉｓ￣ｙ（ＬｅＹ）抗原的表达。结果：ＬｅＹ抗原在肿瘤组织的强阳性表达率与癌近侧端１０ｃｍ处粘膜的在达有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），而与远侧端５ｃｍ处粘膜表达无显著差异。直肠癌旁粘膜的肿瘤相关抗原的异常表达，提示癌旁粘膜存在某神程度的恶性潜势。这些改变在直肠癌术后肿瘤局部复发的作用应进一步研究。
Monoclonal antibody and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression of Lewis (LeY) antigen associated with rectal cancer and paraneoplastic mucosa. RESULTS: The positive expression rate of LeY antigen in tumor tissues was significantly different from that in the mucosa of the proximal 10 cm of the tumor (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in mucosal expression between LeY antigen and the distal end at 5 cm. The abnormal expression of tumor-associated antigens in the mucosa adjacent to the rectal cancer suggests that there is a certain degree of malignancy in the paraneoplastic mucosa. The role of these changes in local recurrence after rectal cancer surgery should be further studied.
