对1050℃淬火700℃回火以及随后540~600℃时效5000h 的20CrlMolVTiB 和C422(20Cr12MoWVNi)钢的力学性能和570℃下持久硬度的研究表明:在本研究的条件下,20CrlMolVTiB 钢综合力学性能及其在高温的稳定性优于 C422钢;两种钢的强度和硬度分别随时效温度—时间 L—M参数 P=T(20+1g t)的增加而降低,存在两段斜率不同的线性关系;两种钢570℃下持久硬度 HB 与保载时间1gt(s)之间也存在两段斜率不同的线性关系,并得出相应的直线方程,利用这些方程可达到由短期性能推定长期性能的目的。
The mechanical properties of 20CrlMolVTiB and C422 (20Cr12MoWVNi) steels quenched at 1050 ℃ and tempering at 700 ℃ for 5000h at 540 ~ 600 ℃ and the permanent hardness at 570 ℃ showed that the mechanical properties of 20CrlMolVTiB steel and Its stability at high temperature is better than that of C422 steel. The strength and hardness of the two steels decrease with the increase of aging temperature-time L-M parameter P = T (20 + 1g t) . There is also a linear relationship between the two slopes of the two steels at 570 ℃, HB and the holding time 1gt (s), and the corresponding linear equations are obtained. These equations can be used to predict the long-term performance purpose.
