目的探讨千玉洁抗菌洗液(成都润兴消毒药业有限公司生产)对心衰泌尿系感染患者会阴擦洗的影响。方法分别用治疗组(千玉洁洗液)和对照组(1‰新洁尔灭)对心衰泌尿系感染患者进行会阴擦洗,观察患者会阴护理的疗效。结果经比较进行会阴擦洗后治疗组缓解率为96.55%,而对照组进行会阴擦洗后缓解率为86.21%(P<0.05)。结论千玉洁抗菌洗液在心衰患者的会阴护中优于新洁尔灭。
Objective To investigate the effect of Qian Yu Jie antibacterial lotion (produced by Chengdu Runxing Sterilization Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) on perineal scrub in patients with congestive heart failure. Methods The patients in the treatment group (1000 jade lotion) and the control group (1 ‰ glibenclamide) were used to scrub the perineum in patients with urinary tract infection with heart failure and observe the effect of perineal nursing. Results After remission, the remission rate of the treatment group was 96.55%, while that of the control group was 86.21% (P0.05). Conclusion Qian Yu Jie antibacterial lotion in patients with perineal defecation is superior to benzalkonium bromide.
