2016年11月16日,西电集团医院莲湖区医联体开展了推进家庭医生签约服务暨西电集团医院专家下社区义诊活动,向各社区卫生服务中心医师团队下发了《西电集团医院莲湖区医联体家庭医生团队联系册》,桃园社区卫生服务中心家庭医生团队现场与辖区200余户居民签订了家庭医生服务协议。这是莲湖区打造独具特色的紧密型医联体的又一举措。近年来,莲湖区卫计局按照国家医药卫生体制改革的形势和需要,与西电集团医院联合开展了建立紧密型托管模式
