一九七八年十二月二十六日上午,某茶场卫生室诊治了几个腹痛、腹泻兼有头晕、头痛、发烧病人,考虑是与天气变化出现一些散在性上感和受凉所引起的胃肠道不适有关。到下午类似病人陆续到卫生室就诊,二十七日仍有大量病人发生。收到疫情报告后,我站立即派出医生和化验人员前往调查处理。经流行病学调查及化验调查结果,确认是一起因进食了感染有斯坦利沙门氏菌的病死牛肉所引起的食物中毒。现将调查报告如下。
