本文在阐明能的两个重要特性——能的量值相等性与能的品质不等价性的楚础上,论述了“能质降级原理”,指出了建立能质指标的必要性;以热力学理论为依据,探讨了能质等级的划分原则,提出了可供参考的具体划分方法;在节能计算中,建议采用“标准能质级”的折合计算法,以取代现行的单纯能的量值计算法。
