通过对脱氟过程反应机理的探讨和试验研究 ,提出普钙法生产饲料级磷酸氢钙 ,需提高浸取液中磷的质量浓度 (P2 O5 >10 0 g/ L) ,并控制加 Ca(OH) 2 的脱氟终点 (p H=2 .6~ 2 .7) ,可使 m(P2 O5 ) / m(F)≥ 2 5 0、磷收率平均达 82 % ,饲肥比从原来 6 0∶ 40提高到 80∶ 2 0 ,产品质量稳定。并提出脱氟终点仅控制 p H,难以保证产品质量和磷收率。为此 ,研制了一种仅用 3~ 5 min快速滴定法测定 P2 O5 和 F-。
