由于各种原因,我国的版权代理制度不很完善,极大地制约了我国出版产业的发展,因此我们有必要对中西方版权代理运行机制进行比较,并借鉴西方版权代理机构与出版社紧密合作、共生共存的经验,加快我国版权代理制度的建设,由此来促进出版产业的健康持续发展。 Due to various reasons, the system of copyright agency in our country is not perfect, which greatly restricts the development of our publishing industry. Therefore, it is necessary for us to compare the operation mechanism of the copyright agents both in China and the West and learn from the close cooperation between western copyright agencies and publishing houses. Co-existence of symbiotic experience to speed up the construction of China’s copyright agency system, thereby promoting the publishing industry’s healthy and sustainable development.
