我院自1989年1月至1994年2月采用经腹横纹小切口行小儿斜疝疝囊高位结扎术96例,体会该术式具有切口隐蔽、方法简单、组织损伤小、手术及住院时间均短等优点。 一、临床资料 1.一般资料:本组男89例,女7例,年龄6个月～5.5岁,其中1～3岁占62.2％;病程1个月～4.5年,均为择期手术。右侧74例,左侧12例,双侧10例。疝块坠入阴囊73例,未坠入阴囊23例(包括女性7例)。
