面临新一轮多边贸易谈判的挑战,世界银行组织世界知名经济学家和贸易政策专家,着重从发展中国家角度就多边贸易体制存在的重大问题进行了讨论,并于2002年6月,结集出版了《发展、贸易和WTO手册》一书,反映了国际学术界关于国际贸易政策的最新论点。该书由商务部世贸司和国际司组织翻译,近期将由对外翻译出版公司出版。本刊摘译了其中一些有代表性的论文,陆续在“学者论坛”栏目登载,以飨读者。
Faced with the challenge of a new round of multilateral trade negotiations, the World Bank organized world-renowned economists and trade policy experts to focus on developing countries’ discussions on the major issues existing in the multilateral trade system. In June 2002, the World Bank published and published The book “Development, Trade and WTO Handbook” reflects the latest arguments of international academia on international trade policies. The book is translated by the Department of International Trade and International Division of the Ministry of Commerce and will be published by an overseas translation publishing company in the near future. This paper extracts some of the representative papers, one after another in the “scholar forum” column published, in order to readers.
