目的探讨老年人肺部感染特点及治疗效果,提高老年人肺部感染的诊治水平。方法分析我院2007年10月-2011年12月内科收治的132例老年肺部感染的临床资料。结果本组患者治疗1-4周,治愈89例(占67.4%),好转32例(占24.24%),死亡和自动出院11例(8.3%)。结论老年人肺部感染临床表现不够典型,并发症多,死亡率高。早期诊断、及时有效治疗具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the characteristics and treatment of pulmonary infection in the elderly and to improve the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary infection in the elderly. Methods The clinical data of 132 elderly patients with pulmonary infection admitted from October 2007 to December 2011 in our hospital were analyzed. Results The patients were treated for 1-4 weeks, 89 cases were cured (67.4%), 32 cases were improved (24.24%), and 11 cases were died and discharged automatically (8.3%). Conclusion The clinical manifestations of pulmonary infection in the elderly are not typical, with many complications and high mortality. Early diagnosis, timely and effective treatment is of great significance.
