在中国不断发展过程中,政府法律顾问制度是法律改革的重要方向,既要确保改革具有一定的制度,又要体现从虚职到实际权利的不断变化,确保法律顾问的实际权利与社会地位,不断地完善政府法律顾问制度,推行制度的落实与实施,提升政府法律顾问对于社会的影响力,扩大政府法律顾问的能力作用,下面我们对当下的政府法律顾问制度在实施过程中存在的问题展开分析,并列举相应的改善法律顾问制度的途径和方法,希望可以有助于我国政府法律顾问制度的发展。
