胰性脑病(PE)为急性胰腺炎(AP)常见继发症之一,多见于重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)发病后3~5天。我院自1997年至今发现8例迟发性PE,均在AP发病后22~40天之间发生,致死致残率极高,现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料自1997年1月至2000年6月间共收治AP患者297例,其中SAP 15例,男119例,女178例,年龄22~80岁,平均55岁。迟发性PE 8例,均发生在AP发病后22
Pancreatic encephalopathy (PE) is one of the common secondary complications of acute pancreatitis (AP), more common in severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) after 3 to 5 days. My hospital since 1997 found that eight cases of late-onset PE, AP incidence in the 22 to 40 days after the occurrence of extremely high mortality rate, are as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information from January 1997 to June 2000 were treated AP patients 297 cases, including 15 cases of SAP, 119 males and 178 females, aged 22 to 80 years, mean 55 years. 8 cases of delayed PE, all occurred after the onset of AP 22
