本文研究了渗剂中不同稀土加入量对20钢软氮化后ε相晶格常数、表面氮(碳)浓度及层深的影响。结果表明:表面渗入元素浓度和扩散层深度的最大值对应同一稀土加入量,此时化合物层ε相的含量较小。
In this paper, the effects of different rare earth additions on the lattice constant, surface nitrogen (carbon) concentration and layer depth of 20 steel after nitrocarburizing were investigated. The results show that the maximum value of surface infiltration element concentration and diffusion layer depth corresponds to the same rare earth addition, and the content of ε phase in the compound layer is small.
