由于传统的PSTN交换机在目的码流量控制方面存在着不足,从目的码实例的引入、漏斗控制技术和目的码不控制(NoTDC Control)3个方面详细介绍了上海贝尔阿尔卡特5020软交换系统创新的目的码流量控制技术。认为该项技术在一定程度上完善和提升了目的码流量控制的精确性和稳定性,在应对突发高峰话务冲击、保障网络和话务安全,以及合理配置网络资源方面发挥了积极的作用,对于促进NGN网络的发展也有着重要意义。
