一、人民助学金的設置是以幫助学习積極、品質优良、而經濟情况確属困难无力自給或不能全部自給的學生繼續求学為目的。二、申请资格:现有公立中學學校学籍之學生,凡具備下列條件之一,而舉行成績优良者,均可申請人民助學金。 1、供給制之軍、斡、烈屬子女尚未取得供給,而持有有關機關之證明文件者。(軍屬子女须得營以上的證明文件,幹、烈屬子女須取得區以上人民政府的證明文件。) 2、貧苦工農青年、貧苦工農子女持有縣級以上工會或農協之證明文件者。 3、貧苦公教人員之子女,持有有關機關及區以上人民政府之證明
First, the set-up of the people’s grants is based on the objective of helping students with active learning, good quality and financial difficulties who are unable to afford themselves or who can not give their full self-sufficiency. Second, the application eligibility: the existing public school school students who have one of the following conditions, and hold good grades, can apply for people’s grants. 1, the supply system of the army, and, martyred children have not yet obtained supply, and hold the relevant organs of the documents. (The children of the militarys must obtain the above-mentioned supporting documents, and the children of the dry and fierce children must obtain the supporting documents of the people’s government above the district level.) 2) Those who are poor workers and peasants and children of poor workers hold certificates of trade unions or agricultural cooperatives above the county level. 3, poor children of public education staff, holding the relevant organs and the people’s government at or above the district of the certificate
