目的:建立柴葛清热颗粒的质量标准。方法:用TLC法对葛根、黄芩进行定性鉴别;用HPLC法测定柴胡中柴胡皂苷a和柴胡皂苷d的含量。结果:薄层色谱图斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;柴胡皂苷a在0.52~10.48μg和柴胡皂苷d在0.36~7.12μg内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.57%和98.73%,RSD分别为0.76%和0.75%(n=6)。结论:该方法专属性强,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于柴葛清热颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Chaige Qingre granules. Methods: The kudzu root and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were identified qualitatively by TLC method. The contents of saikosaponin a and saikosaponin d in Bupleurum chinense were determined by HPLC. Results: The spots of TLC were clear and no interference was found in the negative control. Saikosaponin a had a good linear relationship between 0.52 ~ 10.48μg and saikosaponin d in 0.36 ~ 7.12μg with the average recoveries of 98.57% and 98.73% respectively. The RSD Respectively, 0.76% and 0.75% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is specific, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of Chaige Qingre granules.
