本文测定了碱金属、碱土金属九个元素48条谱线在空气冷却ICP中的信背比和检出限,并同全氩ICP的检出限进行了比较。本工作还测绘了各元素灵敏线与9个常见共存元素的光谱重叠扫描图,以了解可能存在的光谱干扰。
In this paper, the signal-to-background ratio and the detection limit of 48 lines of nine elements of alkali metals and alkaline earth metals in air-cooled ICP were measured and compared with the detection limits of all-argon ICP. This work also mapped the spectral overlap scanning of the sensitive lines of each element and nine common coexisting elements to understand the possible spectral interference.
