凉山彝族聚居区特殊困难儿童的权益保护是一个相当突出的社会问题。目前国家和社会团体多是从民政救助、教育救助、医疗救助以及项目救助等方面采取了多方帮扶措施,但从法律层面上如何救助还是一块短板。基于此,文章在对凉山彝族聚居区特殊困难儿童概况做出介绍的基础上,从救助特殊困难儿童在法律层面存在的问题和路径两个方面对该问题进行了详细探讨,以切实保障特殊困难儿童合法权益,促进和谐凉山建设。
