山西潞安集团王庄煤矿综采一队生产一班是长年工作在百米井下的一线生产班组,现有职工32名。长期以来,我们始终坚持安全发展理念,以开展丰富多彩的劳动竞赛活动为载体充分调动职工劳动热情,以管理规范化、建设标准化、生产高效化为目标全面加强班组建设,以创新体制机制为动力不断推进班组管理由传统型向科学型发展,连续23年实现安全生产无事故,先后获得“山西省模范班组”、“山西省劳动竞赛特等功”、“全国煤炭系统双文明建设红旗标杆班组”等多项荣誉,成为全国煤炭系统的明星班组。
