目的通过倒视刺激前后人体动态姿态平衡功能的测试,观察人体对失定向刺激的稳定性,及失定向刺激对动态平衡功能的影响程度,以评价人体对失匹配感觉信息的整合功能。方法10名健康青年男性在不同的日期分别经受上下倒视、左右倒视刺激试验,并在两种倒视前、后分别用Eq-uiTestsystem进行动态姿态平衡测试。结果倒视刺激可引起明显的定向障碍和运动病症状,并导致姿态平衡功能降低。但不适症状程度不同者,平衡功能的降低程度和表现也有所不同:无症状和症状轻者一般只表现为平衡反应的延迟和轻度重心位移的增大、反应强度的减小;症状严重者,除了这些变化外,还主要有平衡策略、视觉作用的改变,动态平衡能力和反应适应性的降低。结论在倒视前、后的动态姿态平衡功能测试,可能客观地反应人体对失匹配感觉信息的整合功能,有助于运动病易感性的评价。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the human body’s integration of sensory information of missing matches by observing the stability of the human body to the unbalanced stimuli and the influence of disorientation stimuli on the dynamic balance function by observing the human body dynamic posture balance function before and after stimulation. Methods Ten healthy young men were subjected to upside down and upside down on different days respectively. The left and right eyes were stimulated with the stimulation test, and the dynamic posture balance test was performed with Eq-ui Testsystem respectively before and after the two kinds of inverted vision. The results of the spectacle stimulation can cause significant disorientation and motion sickness symptoms, and lead to reduced posture balance function. However, the degree of discomfort is different, the degree of reduction of balance function and performance are also different: mild symptoms and symptoms generally only showed the balance of response delay and mild center of gravity displacement increases, the reaction intensity decreases; severe symptoms In addition to these changes, there are also major balancing strategies, changes in visual function, reduced dynamic balance and reduced responsiveness. Conclusions The dynamic posture balance function test before and after inversion may objectively reflect the integration function of sensory information of mismatched body and contribute to the evaluation of motion sickness susceptibility.
