对比分析广州市健康教育机构三年来能力建设方面的情况,有针对性地加强健康教育机构能力建设。通过调取2010-2012年《健康教育所(中心)基本情况调查表》中机构的基本情况、人力资源、经费投入等方面的数据进行相关的比较分析,反映出三年来广州市健康教育机构维持稳定,但管理机制不完善;人员编制数和专职业务人员数有所增加,年龄、学历、职称、所学专业的结构渐趋合理,但专职业务人员总量不足,地区之间不平衡;经费投入以财政专项经费为主,并逐渐增加,但以市级经费投入为主,区级健康教育机构投入较少,且不平衡。广州市健康教育机构能力建设处于不断进步的过程,但仍需政府和健康教育机构的不懈努力,不断加强机构建设,优化健康教育人力资源配置,加大经费投入,提高整体素质。

The capacity building of health education institutions in Guangzhou is in a process of continuous improvement. However, the government and health education institutions still need to make unremitting efforts to continuously build institutions, optimize the allocation of human resources for health education, increase funding and improve overall quality.
