通过对高校图书馆数字资源建设和利用情况的分析,阐述了高校图书馆馆藏数字资源利用率低的主要原因,从而提出了以设立馆藏数字资源流通部,提高馆藏数字资源利用率的设想。
Through the analysis of the construction and utilization of digital resources in university libraries, this paper expounds the main reasons for the low utilization rate of digital resources in the collection of university libraries, and proposes the idea of setting up digital resources circulation department to improve the utilization of digital resources.
