目的了解潍河潍坊河段表层水中双酚A(BPA)的污染水平。方法于2013年8月(丰水期)和2014年1月(枯水期)采集潍河潍坊河段水样,采用超声波辅助-分散液液微萃取-高效液相色谱法对表层水中BPA进行检测。结果枯水期潍河潍坊河段16个监测点水样中均检出BPA,其浓度为0.272~1.912μg/L,平均值为0.577μg/L;丰水期,16个监测点中11个点检出BPA,检出率为68.75%,浓度为未检出至0.308μg/L,平均值为0.075μg/L。BPA的空间分布主要与沿途生活污水和工业废水的排放有关。结论枯水期和丰水期潍河潍坊河段表层水中均检出BPA。
Objective To understand the level of BPA pollution in the surface water of Weifang River in Weihe River. Methods Water samples were collected from Weifang reach in August 2013 (wet season) and January 2014 (dry season), and BPA in surface water was detected by ultrasonic-assisted liquid-liquid-liquid microextraction-high performance liquid chromatography. Results In dry season, BPA was detected in all 16 water samples from the Weifang reach of Weifang River with a concentration of 0.272-1.912 μg / L, with an average of 0.577 μg / L. During the wet season, 11 of 16 monitoring sites BPA, the detection rate was 68.75%, the concentration was undetected to 0.308μg / L, with an average of 0.075μg / L. The spatial distribution of BPA is mainly related to the discharge of domestic wastewater and industrial wastewater along the route. Conclusion Both BPA and BPA were detected in the surface water of Weifang reach of dry season and wet season.
