随着工业的发展 ,提高焊接生产率的呼声在不断高涨。激光焊接其优点是提高焊接速度 ,提供稳定的高质量焊接 ,减小焊接变形 ,不需要过多的现场设备。采用焊剂的GTAW解决了传统焊接中淀积速率低和熔深浅的问题。总之 ,激光焊接和GTAW的改进 ,提高了焊接生产率 ,降低了工程的成本 ,值得我们去做进一步的发展和改进。
With the development of industry, the voice of improving welding productivity is constantly rising. Laser welding has the advantage of increasing the welding speed, providing stable, high quality welding, reducing welding distortion and eliminating the need for excessive field equipment. GTAW with flux solves the problem of low deposition and shallow penetration in conventional soldering. In short, laser welding and GTAW improvements, improve the welding productivity, reduce the cost of the project, it is worth us to do further development and improvement.
