从知识经济提出的高度，论述了微型电脑应用所承担的知识转化为技术产品的重大责任，指出微型电脑应用要靠创新、需要倡导、鼓励、培植和大量实践，以迎接知识经济时代的到来。
From the height proposed by the knowledge economy, this paper discusses the great responsibility of converting the knowledge assumed by the microcomputer into technical products. It points out that the application of the microcomputer depends on innovation and needs to be advocated, encouraged, nurtured and practiced in large quantities in order to meet the era of knowledge economy.
