目的:考察高校体育教师胜任特征,建立并检定基底模型,进一步进行测量恒等性研究,以期为相关研究提供一定理论依据。采用行为事件访谈与胜任特征建模相结合的范式,构建高校体育教师胜任特征模型。运用团体焦点访谈、测验编制、第2校标样本评价等方法对高校体育教师胜任特征模型进行了专家效度、构想效度、同时效标效度的验证。在此基础上,分别以普通高等学校体育教师和普通高等体育院校体育教师为调查对象,进行跨校类别恒等性检定。结果表明:1)高校体育教师胜任特征模型包括8个因子:教学策略、批判思维、创新、成就、专注、逻辑分析、尊重和社会服务意识;2)焦点访谈专家效度、构想效度和同时校标效度三重检验表明,高校体育教师胜任特征模型效度较为理想;3)《高校体育教师胜任特征问卷》具有较好的跨校类别恒等性,可作为相关领域的研究工具,亦可为相关教师自评自励之用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the competency of college PE teachers, establish and verify the base model, further study the identity of measurement, with a view to providing some theoretical basis for the relevant research. Adopting the paradigm of combination of behavioral event interview and competency modeling, the competency model of college PE teachers is constructed. Using the methods of group focus interviews, test preparation and evaluation of the second calibration sample, the validity, the validity of the validity and the validity of the validity of the criterion of validity of the PE teachers in colleges and universities were tested. On this basis, we take the physical education teachers in ordinary colleges and universities as well as the physical education teachers in ordinary institutions of higher learning as subjects to conduct the cross-school category identity verification. The results show that: 1) The competency model of college PE teachers includes 8 factors: teaching strategy, critical thinking, innovation, achievement, concentration, logic analysis, respect and social service awareness; 2) The triple test of the validity of the calibration indicates that the validity of the competency model of PE teachers in higher education institutions is more ideal. 3) The “competency questionnaire of PE teachers in colleges and universities” has a good cross-school classification identity and can be used as a research tool in related fields.
