随着时代的发展,世界经济逐渐呈现一体化趋势,为企业发展提供了更大的市场空间,但也促使国外企业进入中国,抢占国内的市场份额,同时,大型企业又不断地扩展,市场竞争日益激烈,新形势下,中小企业的发展举步维艰,因此,中小企业必须通过经济管理提高自己的市场竞争力。本文立足于当前我国中小企业经济管理中存在的问题,提出了中小企业经济管理的策略分析,以期帮助中小企业加强经济管理,提高自身的竞争力。
